Refund policy
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, a cancellation fee will be applied to cover shipping expenses and order processing costs.
Payment handling charge from the service provider will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Refund Policy:
1) We accept returns for shipping damage or order errors. Transit damage claims require documentation via an uncut unboxing video showing the damaged packaging. Upon receipt of the returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
2) Should you receive an incorrect item, we will assume all return shipping expenses. Please note that refunds cannot be processed for products that have been used or opened.
3) Certain novelty keycaps within complete sets may undergo substitution during manufacturing. In such instances, refunds or replacements are not available unless the final product demonstrates substantial deviation from the specifications detailed on our website.
RETURN POLICY
Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. For orders containing incorrect items, an uncut unboxing video is mandatory to process your claim.
All items must be in their original condition.
Returns are not accepted for personal preference or change of mind. However, returns are considered if the delivered product differs from website imagery or descriptions. For complete keycap sets, minor variations of 1-3 keys from the listed configuration due to batch-level manufacturing changes do not qualify for return eligibility.
