PROCESSING TIME

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 days of receiving the order in some cases on same day if ordered before afternoon.

We use reliable carriers like Delhivery for shipping.If you need couriers like Amazon,ekart or indiapost, please drop a mail or message. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations will not be possible. Free shipping is offered on all products listed on our site.

Delivery Time

You can expect to receive your order within 2-5 days to all metro cities, with deliveries to remote regions in northeast India possibly taking 4-10 days.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us right away. We're dedicated to working with you to address the issue promptly and to your satisfaction.

TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.

In many cases, tracking mail goes to the spam folder in your mail, so I request you to check there if to received.

FAILED DELIVERY

For failed delivery attempts due to an incorrect address, unavailable contact details, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, Curiositycaps is not responsible for any return shipping charges.

If your order is returned to us and needs to be re-shipped, you will be required to pay the shipping fees again.

COD ORDER NOTICE

COD Service is offered for all customers, but there are additional charges on all COD Orders. Please read the Instructions while checking out with a COD Service.
No COD Orders will be shipped without receiving the COD Fee.

In Case You Refused To Accept a COD Parcel while Delivery No COD Fee will be refunded, and no COD Service Will Be Offered to your future orders.

No Dispatch Will be done on Sunday because of courier holidays.
